Privacy policy

This policy explains what Netofficials collects when you use this website, send an enquiry, email us or subscribe to the newsletter, why we collect it, who receives it and how you can ask us about it.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Netofficials website and to the enquiries, emails and newsletter sign-ups that reach us through it. Netofficials is an India-based software development company. When you send us a brief or write to us, Netofficials decides how that information is used and is responsible for it. Work we do for clients is governed by the project contract and any NDA we sign, not by this policy.

What we collect

Through the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, area of interest and message, and we record that you agreed to be contacted about the enquiry. If you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address and note where you agreed. If you email us we keep the correspondence. When you load a page, our hosting systems may log technical details such as your IP address and browser, and Google serves the fonts on our pages, so it receives those details too. Please do not send passwords, access credentials or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, scope the work and keep a record of the conversation. We use newsletter addresses to send the newsletter you asked for, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We use technical data to keep the site running and secure. We do not use your details for an unrelated purpose without asking you first. Sensitive project information should wait until a mutual NDA is signed.

Who receives it, and where it goes

Your enquiry goes to the Netofficials team handling it. We use service providers for hosting, email and storage, and they process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we share it with others only where a provider needs it to serve us or the law requires it. Netofficials is based in India and works with clients in the US, UK, Australia and elsewhere, so your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our providers operate. We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them to follow up and keep a record of our dealings.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to stop contacting you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email hello@netofficials.net from the address you used and we will reply to your request. If the law where you live gives you further rights, including the right to complain to a regulator, this policy does not limit them.

Children, changes and contact

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
