Dedicated development team

A dedicated development team built around your roadmap

A Netofficials dedicated development team gives you a full-time remote squad that works only on your product, in Agile sprints run with Scrum. You speak directly to the technical lead who scoped the work, and you own the source code and IP from day one. Send us a written brief to start.

What you get

What a dedicated team gives your roadmap

A squad on your roadmap only

Netofficials assembles a long-term, full-time remote squad for your product alone, so the people building your roadmap are not splitting attention across other clients. The squad works in Agile sprints using Scrum, with your product owner steering priorities. You get steady capacity without a local hiring cycle.

Direct access to the technical lead

On a Netofficials dedicated team, the senior engineer who scopes your work also leads the build. You speak to that technical lead directly, with no account manager in between, so decisions, trade-offs and blockers reach the person who can act on them. That removes the relay delays and rework that come from messages passed along a chain.

Every skill your product needs, in one team

Your team is a single cross-functional squad covering front-end, back-end, mobile, QA and DevOps, matched to your stack, whether that is ReactJS, JavaScript, PHP or Laravel. You avoid coordinating separate vendors for each discipline, and one point of contact keeps the whole squad aligned with you.

From brief to first sprint

From brief to a working squad

  1. Share the brief

You tell us the product, the roadmap and the stack, such as ReactJS, JavaScript, PHP or Laravel. We shape the dedicated development team around that work and the skills it needs.

    You receive
    • Written team brief
    • Skills and stack checklist
    • Proposed squad outline

You confirm the roles and skills the squad needs

  2. Review the fit

You go through the technical review and the role expectations with us. We also agree the communication window, meeting schedule and update cadence before anyone commits.

    You receive
    • Technical review summary
    • Role expectations document
    • Communication window plan

    You approve the proposed team

  3. Plan onboarding

We set up tool access, name who owns what, and agree the sprint rhythm with your product owner. IP assignment is confirmed in the contract before the build begins.

    You receive
    • Tool and access plan
    • IP assignment confirmation
    • Meeting and update cadence

You sign off the onboarding plan

  4. Start sprinting

The squad begins Agile sprints on a shared backlog, with the technical lead as your direct contact. You steer priorities at each sprint review.

    You receive
    • Sprint-ready backlog
    • Sprint review sessions
    • Technical lead contact

You review sprint progress at the agreed points

What your dedicated team brief confirms

  • Skills matched to your stack, whether that is ReactJS, JavaScript, PHP or Laravel
  • Communication window, meeting schedule and update cadence agreed before work starts
  • A technical lead you speak to directly, with no account manager in between
  • Roles and review points set out against your existing product owner and engineers
Three ways to engage

Pick the model that fits your roadmap

Dedicated development team

A full-time remote squad built for your product and run in Scrum sprints, suited to a roadmap that will keep moving for months.

  • A squad assembled around your product and technology stack
  • Scrum sprints that your product owner steers and reviews
  • Source code and IP owned by you from day one

Staff augmentation

One or two engineers join the team you already run, which suits you best when you only need a specific skill such as ReactJS, JavaScript or PHP.

  • Individual engineers added to your team for a defined skill gap
  • Your engineers work in your repositories, ticketing and CI tools, following your branching and review rules
  • Communication window, meeting schedule and update cadence agreed with you before work begins

Project delivery

A fixed-price build with a defined scope, which suits a clearly bounded product; if another model fits better, we will say so after scoping.

  • Fixed scope, acceptance criteria and milestones set in a written agreement before the build starts
  • Sprint reviews where you see working software and steer the next priorities
  • Work outside the agreed scope goes through a change request you approve first
Before you enquire

Answers before you send your brief

How much does a dedicated development team cost?

Netofficials quotes a dedicated development team after reviewing your scope, and this page does not publish a standard rate. The quote depends on the roles you need (front-end, back-end, mobile, QA or DevOps), how many engineers the roadmap calls for, how long the engagement runs, and how many existing systems and integrations the team must work with. Send a written brief with your product, stack and expected duration, and we will return a quote built around that scope.

Who owns the source code and IP when we hire an offshore team?

You own both. Netofficials confirms IP assignment in the contract before the build begins, so the source code and intellectual property produced by your dedicated team are yours from the first sprint. Documentation and deployment access are handed over at release, so you are never dependent on us to run or move your product.

Is a dedicated team right for us, or should we choose something else?

A dedicated team suits you when your roadmap will run for months and needs a full-time remote squad working in Scrum sprints. If you only need one or two engineers inside your own team and process, staff augmentation fits better. If the scope is fixed and has a clear end, fixed-price project delivery fits better. We will recommend the right model after scoping, even when it is not the dedicated team.

Send your brief for a dedicated development team

Tell us your product, the stack and the skills your roadmap needs. The senior engineer who scopes your work replies directly, with no account manager in between, and proposes a squad matched to your stack. Cost is quoted after that scope review. If staff augmentation or fixed-price delivery would suit you better, we will say so.
