Website terms

Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Netofficials website. They do not cover project work, which is governed by a separate written agreement, and sending an enquiry creates no obligation on either side.

Draft text pending legal review. It is not yet an effective legal policy.

Acceptance and scope

By using the Netofficials website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and sending an enquiry, a brief or an email does not create a contract or commit you to a project. Netofficials is an India-based software development company.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, logos and code on this website belong to Netofficials or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, print or share a page for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or resell site content, or use the Netofficials name or logo, without our written permission. Ownership of software we build for you is set out in your project contract, and IP assignment is confirmed there before the build begins.

Acceptable use and what you send us

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or send unlawful or misleading material. Send only information you have the right to share. Keep sensitive project details until a mutual NDA is signed, and do not send passwords or access credentials through the site. We may restrict access if these terms are broken.

Third-party links and services

The website may link to, or load resources from, third parties such as font providers and external profiles. We do not control them or their content, and their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and its information are provided as general information, as is and as available. They are not an offer, a quote or professional advice, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the extent the law allows, Netofficials is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the version on this page is always the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. For questions about these terms, email hello@netofficials.net.
