Kubernetes services

Kubernetes services your team can deploy to and run

Our Kubernetes services give your engineers a cluster and deployment pipeline they can release to, scale and operate without manual steps. One cross-functional team covers back-end, QA and DevOps, led by a named delivery lead. It suits B2B teams with containerised applications. Send a short brief and we'll reply with a written discovery scope.

Delivery
One cross-functional team covering back-end, QA and DevOps builds your Kubernetes platform from India in structured Agile sprints.
Contact
A named delivery lead owns day-to-day progress and keeps you updated, with a technical architect accountable for cluster design and technology choices.
Ownership
IP assignment is confirmed in the contract before the build begins, so your code and infrastructure definitions are yours.
Reviews
Each sprint ends with a client-facing review, and we agree the communication window and update cadence before work starts.
What you get

From containers to a platform your team can run

Cluster and environment design

You get a Kubernetes cluster layout sized to your workloads, with namespaces, resource limits, networking and access rules defined for each environment. Our technical architect is accountable for these design and technology choices, so you know who answers for them. If a managed cloud service or a simpler setup fits your workload better, we will say so after scoping.

Deployment pipelines and releases

Your team gets repeatable deployments in place of manual releases. We build CI/CD pipelines and container packaging that move each change from commit to cluster through the same steps, with rollout and rollback behaviour agreed with you. The result is less release-day guesswork and fewer environment differences to debug.

Handover and day-to-day operations

At release, we hand over documentation and deployment access so your engineers can operate the platform. Monitoring, logging and scaling rules are scoped with you in discovery, and the support you need after launch is agreed in writing. The infrastructure definitions are covered by the IP assignment in your contract.

Who it suits

Is Kubernetes the right fit for your workloads?

  • Containerised applications that have outgrown manual deployment and need repeatable releases
  • Teams moving to Kubernetes who want a partner to design the cluster, pipelines and handover
  • Workloads a simpler setup may serve better, where we recommend that after scoping

How an engagement runs

How a Kubernetes engagement runs, stage by stage

  1. Discover

We write a discovery scope with you covering your containerised workloads, target environments, integrations and the support the cluster will need. You review it and answer the open questions, including whether Kubernetes fits the workload.

    You receive
    • Written discovery scope
    • Workload and environment list
    • Initial estimate

You approve the written discovery scope

  2. Design

Our technical architect lays out the cluster design, deployment pipeline approach and technology choices. You review how workloads, environments and access will be organised.

    You receive
    • Cluster architecture notes
    • Deployment pipeline design
    • Environment layout

You sign off the platform design before the build starts

  3. Build

The cross-functional team sets up the cluster, deployment pipelines and workload configuration in sprints. Your named delivery lead keeps you updated, and you see working progress in each sprint review.

    You receive
    • Staging cluster build
    • Sprint review notes
    • Pipeline and cluster test results

You review the work at the end of every sprint

  4. Validate

QA and DevOps engineers test deployments, scaling behaviour and rollback paths against the criteria you agreed. You check the results and the issue log before anything goes live.

    You receive
    • Acceptance checklist
    • QA and load test report
    • Open issue log

You sign off the cluster against the agreed acceptance criteria

  5. Release

Netofficials moves your workloads onto the production cluster and hands over documentation and deployment access. You walk through both with the delivery lead so your engineers can deploy and operate the platform themselves.

    You receive
    • Production cluster release
    • Runbooks and documentation
    • Deployment access handover

You receive full handover of documentation and deployment access

Decisions before estimates

What drives Kubernetes scope and cost

Workloads and environments

The number of services you run, how they scale, and whether you need development, staging and production clusters set the size of the build. We list these in the written discovery scope, so you see what drives the estimate before any delivery work begins.

Integrations and delivery pipelines

Your container registry, CI/CD tooling, secrets handling, databases and cloud account all shape the cluster design. We map each connection first, so deployment pipelines fit the systems you already run and later rework is less likely.

Release, handover and support

You decide who runs the platform after launch: your engineers or ours. We agree that early, then hand over documentation and deployment access at release. If scoping shows your workload needs a simpler setup than Kubernetes, we will recommend it.

Ways to work with us

Three ways to engage on Kubernetes

Project delivery

Fixed-price delivery of a defined Kubernetes build, such as cluster design, deployment pipelines and release handover, suited to teams with a clear workload and outcome.

  • A written discovery scope that fixes workloads, environments and acceptance criteria before the build
  • A client-facing review at the end of every sprint, with changes outside scope handled as change requests
  • Documentation and deployment access handed over at release

Dedicated team

A dedicated India-based team that keeps improving your Kubernetes platform sprint by sprint, suited to products with a continuing roadmap of services, environments and releases.

  • A cross-functional team covering back-end, QA and DevOps, led by a named delivery lead
  • Your product owner sets sprint priorities for cluster and pipeline work
  • Terraform, Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests assigned to you, along with the application code

Staff augmentation

Individual DevOps and back-end engineers who join your team to run Kubernetes work in your repositories and tools, suited to companies that already own the platform direction.

  • Engineers with Kubernetes and DevOps skills added to your platform team
  • Pull requests and cluster changes follow your repositories, CI tooling and review rules
  • Meeting schedule and update cadence set with you before the first engineer starts
Technology around the platform

Tooling chosen around your cluster, not ours

Netofficials confirms your Kubernetes tooling in the written discovery scope, so nothing is chosen by habit. The technical architect, who is accountable for technology selection, weighs your workloads, your existing cloud and CI systems, and who will operate the cluster after release. You get a stack your team can maintain, with the reasoning written down before the build starts, not discovered afterwards as rework.

Before you enquire

Kubernetes questions to settle before you enquire

What drives the cost and timeline of a Kubernetes project?

Four things drive cost and timeline: how many workloads and services run on the cluster, how many environments you need (development, staging, production), what the platform must connect to (deployment pipelines, monitoring, secrets, databases), and what support it needs after release. We set these out in a written discovery scope with an initial estimate before the build starts. You can then choose fixed-price project delivery or a dedicated team, depending on how defined the work is.

Who owns the cluster configuration and deployment code?

You do. Netofficials confirms IP assignment in the contract before the build begins, so the source code and the configuration and pipeline definitions we write for your platform are yours. At release we hand over documentation and deployment access, so your engineers can operate and change the platform without depending on us.

Can you work with our engineers, and what if we don't need Kubernetes?

Yes to both. We can work inside your tools and process as a dedicated team or as individual engineers added to your squad. A named delivery lead keeps communication moving, and we agree the communication window and update cadence with you before work begins. If scoping shows that your workload would run better on simpler container hosting, we will recommend that instead of building a cluster you don't need.

Send a brief for your Kubernetes platform

Tell us which workloads you run, where they deploy today and what is slowing your team down. We reply with questions and a written discovery scope, so you can see what the Kubernetes work covers before you commit to build. A named delivery lead keeps communication simple, and IP assignment is confirmed in the contract before the build begins. If scoping shows your workload needs a simpler setup than Kubernetes, we will say so.
